El restaurante est\u00e1 ubicado en la Colonia Roma de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, tiene un concepto moderno y ofrece toda una experiencia gastron\u00f3mica mexicana, transport\u00e1ndote a ambos estados del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/la-foto-3.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1720\" src=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/la-foto-3.jpg?w=660\" alt=\"la foto 3\" width=\"601\" height=\"454\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Al probar sus platillos, inmediatamente puedes percibir la diversidad de sabores e ingredientes que M\u00e9xico ofrece. Mientras la especialidad de Baja California, o \u201cBaja\u201d como lo llaman los norteamericanos, es pescados y mariscos. Oaxaca, por el contrario, es bien conocida por sus platillos con ingredientes como chocolate, mezcal y chapulines. \u00a1S\u00ed, le\u00edste bien!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/la-foto-1-1.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-1\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1721\" src=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/la-foto-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"la foto 1-1\" width=\"528\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Com\u00ed en Mateo con un amigo y decidimos pedir una variedad de platillos para compartir y as\u00ed probar m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Para empezar, recomiendo pedir el tartar de at\u00fan aleta azul, que viene marinado en salsa de soya, mango y menta, o tambi\u00e9n puedes probar el chicharr\u00f3n de pescado que viene con trozos de pescado frito marinado con una mayonesa sriracha y trozos de pi\u00f1a sobre peque\u00f1as tortillas de ma\u00edz. Para el platillo principal, aunque \u00e9ste no es de Oaxaca ni de Baja California, realmente te recomiendo la pasta pappardelle con pesto, tomates deshidratados y nueces, \u00a1absolutamente extraordinaria! El pollo al lim\u00f3n con pur\u00e9 de papas tambi\u00e9n fue delicioso, \u00a1es uno de los mejores pur\u00e9 de papa que he probado en mi vida!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/img_0871.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-2\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1723\" src=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/img_0871.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"IMG_0871\" width=\"600\" height=\"602\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/img_0875.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-3\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1724\" src=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/img_0875.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"IMG_0875\" width=\"600\" height=\"667\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mateo es el restaurante perfecto para disfrutar buenos alimentos con amigos en una atm\u00f3sfera sin pretensiones, ya sea para la comida o la cena.
