Es la propietaria de Sesame, el reconocido restaurante asi\u00e1tico de la colonia La Roma en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. Ahora incursion\u00f3 en una geograf\u00eda totalmente distinta; mientras Sesame es un concepto de fusi\u00f3n asi\u00e1tica, Paprika es una combinaci\u00f3n de sabores mediterr\u00e1neos inclinados hacia las recetas \u00e1rabes. Este restaurante combina sabores de varios pa\u00edses de Europa y el Medio Oriente. Al entrar, probablemente sentir\u00e1s que est\u00e1s en el coraz\u00f3n de Soho en Nueva York, con paredes de ladrillo y una sensaci\u00f3n acogedora.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/07\/comedor-paprika.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1016\" src=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/07\/comedor-paprika.jpg?w=660\" alt=\"Comedor Paprika\" width=\"601\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El men\u00fa est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para compartir todos los platillos con tus acompa\u00f1antes. Este concepto, tambi\u00e9n conocido como mezze, est\u00e1 basado en la idea de servir una variedad de platillos al centro de la mesa para que todos compartan. Las porciones son peque\u00f1as, por lo que puedes probar una variedad de platillos y sabores. Yo ped\u00ed la bebida Calcuta, contiene maracuy\u00e1, yogurt y miel. \u00a1La combinaci\u00f3n de los sabores \u00e1cidos y dulces es impresionante!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/07\/10514729_811327185593942_1527034213078974256_n.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-2\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-999\" src=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/07\/10514729_811327185593942_1527034213078974256_n.jpg?w=660\" alt=\"10514729_811327185593942_1527034213078974256_n\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para comenzar, probamos el dip de cilantro y p\u00e1prika, el arroz iran\u00ed con ar\u00e1ndanos y la berenjena chermoula con yogurt griego. Tambi\u00e9n pedimos la ensalada de alcachofa y betabel que incluye un poco de queso de cabra.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/07\/02.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-3\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1018\" src=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/07\/02.jpg?w=660\" alt=\"02\" width=\"599\" height=\"397\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>De platillo principal pedimos el kibe de salm\u00f3n que consiste en salm\u00f3n crudo con algo de lima acompa\u00f1ado de un dip de jocoque elaborado con leche fermentada. El saha de salm\u00f3n es incre\u00edble, preparado con una corteza de hierbas, nueces y tahini, el centro del filete queda un poquito crudo. El platillo favorito de mi novio fue la salchicha con curry dentro de un pan pita con cebolla morada y yogurt. Probamos algunos postres, pero nada me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n, creo que est\u00e1 faltando algo como baklava o halva.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_997\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-997\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/07\/1970557_817895784937082_7568345640424080398_n.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-4\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-997\" src=\"https:\/\/michelleonbell.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/07\/1970557_817895784937082_7568345640424080398_n.jpg?w=660\" alt=\"Curry Sausage \" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-997\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Salchicha con curry<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Aunque no mentir\u00e9, los platillos est\u00e1n muy condimentados y resaltan el intenso sabor de los ingredientes. Todos los platillos que probamos fueron extraordinarios. El lugar en s\u00ed es muy pintoresco y singular para la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.
